1. Respect for Intellectual Property
Gemtra Games respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
2. Our Role
Gemtra Games does not host game files. We provide links and embeds to games hosted on third-party platforms. We act in good faith to respond to notices of alleged infringement.
3. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe content linked on our site infringes your copyright, please provide:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
- Your physical or electronic signature
4. Response to Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the claim promptly
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the content provider if applicable
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification with:
- Identification of the removed material
- A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake
- Your name, address, and phone number
- Consent to jurisdiction of federal court
- Your physical or electronic signature
6. Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
7. Good Faith
We act in good faith to comply with copyright law. Misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability.
